Lloyds Development Capital Names ClearRoute CEO James Jarvis in its Top 50 Most Ambitious Business Leaders for 2026

LDC, the private equity arm of Lloyds Banking Group, has awarded ClearRoute CEO James Jarvis at their Top 50 award ceremony at BAFTA, London, last night on 7 October and published the full line-up in The Times today.

JJs’ recognition comes at an exciting time for ClearRoute as we continue to grow globally, deepen our work with some of the world’s largest organisations, and build a team focused on becoming the leading platform engineering services company globally.

While this is recognition for JJ, it also reflects the ambition, energy and hard work of the entire ClearRoute team.

LDC selected this year’s The Top 50 from 620 nominations bringing attention to leaders behind profitable, fast-growing businesses with annual turnover up to £50 million across diverse sectors from recycling, medical and dentistry, infrastructure, healthcare supplements, retail to technology. The winners lead businesses with a combined turnover of £1.4 billion, they employ 8500 people and are headquartered in 55 towns and cities across the UK.

The recognition reflects the direction and pace James has set for ClearRoute this year. ClearRoute helps enterprises transform their Route to Live and bring digital products to market faster, and more securely.

It is an exciting time as we leverage our platform engineering expertise and security practices to autonomous agents to enable our large enterprise clients to also scale AI across their Route to Live and wider business.

James said: "This recognition belongs to everyone at ClearRoute. Our ambition is to revolutionise the Route to Live (the path to production from idea to release). This ambition has driven our pace and expansion over the last 4 years and will continue to drive us well into the future. We look forward to celebrating with our team.”
